By accessing or using the RentHQ.com platform ("Service"), operated by City Center Rentals LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

RentHQ.com is a property management and tenant communications platform operated by City Center Rentals LLC that enables property managers and landlords to:

• Collect rent and security deposits online
• Screen prospective tenants
• Manage leases and electronic signatures
• Communicate with tenants
• Track maintenance requests
• Generate financial reports

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Payment Terms

Payments processed through RentHQ are handled by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By using our payment services, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. All payments are processed in US dollars.

Processing Fees: Payment processing fees may apply to transactions. These fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete any payment.

ACH Transfers: Bank transfers typically take 3-5 business days to process.

5. Tenant Responsibilities

Tenants using RentHQ to make payments agree to:

• Provide accurate payment information
• Ensure sufficient funds are available for payments
• Pay rent and fees by the due dates specified in their lease
• Notify the property manager of any payment issues

6. Property Manager Responsibilities

Property managers using RentHQ agree to:

• Provide accurate property and lease information
• Comply with all applicable landlord-tenant laws
• Handle tenant data in accordance with privacy regulations
• Respond to tenant inquiries in a timely manner

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use RentHQ to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Harass or discriminate against any person
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service

8. Limitation of Liability

City Center Rentals LLC and the RentHQ.com platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. SMS Text Messaging

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS text messages, you consent to receive messages from City Center Rentals LLC, sent through the RentHQ.com platform. Messages may include:

• Rental application status updates
• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Maintenance request updates
• Important property notifications
• Rent payment reminders and late notices
• Lease renewal notifications

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. You may receive multiple messages during active application processing. Outside of these periods, messages are infrequent.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, emailing support@renthq.app with subject "STOP SMS", or calling (888) 613-0442. You will receive one confirmation message, then no further texts unless you opt in again.

11. Changes to Terms
